Frequently Asked Questions
Enterprise learning, organisational mentorship, and knowledge retention in Growth LMS.
Is Growth LMS only for mentorship?
No. Growth LMS is organisational learning infrastructure for training, capacity building, employee development, and knowledge retention. Organisational mentorship complements courses, live training, and shared learning resources.
What does Mentor mean in the application?
Your organisation may use instructor, tutor, guide, or subject matter expert for this learning-support responsibility. The interface retains the Mentor label; Mentee refers to a learner in organisational mentorship. Permissions still depend on the assigned role. See People and Responsibilities.
How can we retain employee knowledge?
Capture expertise in course resources and use session recordings where enabled. Organise these materials so employees can revisit them and new colleagues can learn from them. Establish an internal review schedule to keep training content current.
Are organisation wikis and business-process flows available?
These are planned directions, not currently documented capabilities. These guides do not promise availability or a release date.
Can we use an external attendance system?
Yes. Developers can use the Attendance API. An authorised organisation owner or co-owner supplies a scoped integration key. API access depends on the organisation's entitlement.
How is Semis TNA different?
Semis TNA addresses training needs analysis. Growth LMS supports learning delivery and employee development. These guides focus on Growth LMS.
Why are some guides restricted?
Operational and role guides require sign-in. Public guides explain the product and getting started; the developer attendance reference is public as well.
