Open the room
Shortly before the start time, open the event and launch the live room.
Go live
Start the session. Attendees who registered can join from the event page.
Manage the room
Use host controls to manage participation, lock the room, or start recording where permitted.
End & review
End the session when you're done. Recordings and attendance are available afterward.
Attendance tracking
Semis Rix records who joined and for how long, so you can see real participation for every session. You can also bring attendance in from external tools using our developer attendance API.
Recommended practice
Recordings use your organisation's storage allowance. Review your usage in organisation settings and download or remove older recordings when needed.
