Subscription Plans

Subscription Management

Managing your subscription is simple and can be done directly from the Settings dashboard.

How to Subscribe

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click on Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the plan that fits your needs (Monthly or Annual).
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.

Renewing Your Subscription

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • You will receive a notification before the renewal date.
  • You can manage auto-renewal settings in the Billing section.

Topping Up Credits

Some features, like SMS notifications or premium event listings, may require credits.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Look for the Credits Balance section.
  3. Click Top Up.
  4. Select the amount and proceed to payment.

Downgrading or Cancelling

If you need to change your plan:

  • Downgrade: Select a lower tier plan in the Billing section. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
