Subscription Management
Managing your subscription is simple and can be done directly from the Settings dashboard.
How to Subscribe
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click on Upgrade Plan.
- Select the plan that fits your needs (Monthly or Annual).
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
Renewing Your Subscription
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted service.
- You will receive a notification before the renewal date.
- You can manage auto-renewal settings in the Billing section.
Topping Up Credits
Some features, like SMS notifications or premium event listings, may require credits.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Look for the Credits Balance section.
- Click Top Up.
- Select the amount and proceed to payment.
Downgrading or Cancelling
If you need to change your plan:
- Downgrade: Select a lower tier plan in the Billing section. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
