People and Responsibilities
How HR, L&D, department leaders, instructors, and employees use Growth LMS.
Growth LMS supports organisation-wide learning programmes with clear responsibilities. Business responsibilities and application permissions are related, but they are not the same: a job title does not automatically grant administrative access.
| Programme responsibility | Typical work in Growth LMS |
|---|---|
| HR and Learning & Development | Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development |
| Department leadership | Identify learning priorities and organise participation |
| Programme administration | Maintain members, courses, events, and learning resources |
| Instruction and guidance | Deliver training, transfer expertise, and support learners |
| Employee participation | Complete learning activities and attend sessions |
Instructors, Tutors, and Guides
Your organisation may call its learning providers instructors, tutors, guides, or mentors. Where the interface says Mentor, use that label to find the relevant role or booking area. A Mentee is a learner in the organisational mentorship context. These terms do not imply access to every course or administrative tool.
See Membership Roles for application roles and Getting Started for organisation setup.
